We are so excited to re-open Junior Worship for Babies - Pre-K during worship!
Below are our guidelines & cleaning procedures. Please note: you MUST pre-register your children. Registration opens Monday each week and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

If your children are participating in Junior Worship, please register here to help one Sunday. We will not be able to have Junior Worship available if we do not have enough workers sign up. This is a team effort. Thank you for serving.
Preregistration
You must preregister before Sunday (the space in classrooms is limited for the safety of our preschoolers and workers). Preregistration will open the Monday of each week preceding Sunday morning.
You should NOT come in the building if:

You have a fever of 100 degrees or higher

You have any respiratory infections or have had a cough, sneezing regularly, shortness of breath, vomiting, or diarrhea in the last 24 hours.

In the previous 14 days, you have had contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19; is under investigation for COVID-19, or is ill experiencing a respiratory illness

In the previous 14 days, you have traveled on a cruise or internationally.
Upon Arrival:
All staff, adults, and children will have their temperature taken upon arrival (touchless thermometer) and will be screened using the statements above. If your child has a fever above 99.5 or develops a fever during their time in the classroom, they will not be permitted to stay.
Drop-Off & Pick up Procedures

Each preschooler must be preregistered to enter the classroom.

Only one adult will be allowed into the preschool area at one time.

A limited number of people will be allowed into the nursery area at one time (thank you for waiting patiently to enter)

Traffic will be one way before service, and the opposite after service.

Enter through the family entrance, temperature checks and prescreening in the lobby, check-in your child at their classroom, exit out of the west end stairwell door, and return to the family entrance to go to MAC for worship.

Preschool Procedures

Hand sanitizer will be located at the entrances for everyone’s protection.

No diaper bags or tote bags should be sent. We will provide individually packaged snacks and juice. We will also provide diapers, and unscented wipes for each child.

If your child requires formula, milk, a sippy cup, or other personal supplies (specific diaper cream, or other allergen issues) please pack them in a clear plastic gallon sized bag labeled with your child’s name and instructions.

These bags will be sanitized at check-in and sanitized before check-out.

No personal toys/plush things will be permitted.

Staff and children will be required to wash their hands upon entering the classroom. Teachers will prompt children to wash their hands regularly while in the classroom.

Greeters/screeners will wear masks. Children and classroom teachers will NOT be required to wear masks, but it is encouraged.

Teachers of infants will wear smocks, or have a clean cloth between the baby and the teacher’s clothing.

Teachers use gloves when diapering and following good hand washing hygiene. Changing tables will be cleaned and sanitized after each use. These are already practiced procedures.

Each room will be thoroughly disinfected before and after services.

Playrooms, tree house & the slide in the Family entrance will be closed.
